George is the white New Zealand, Gracie is a Rhinelander. George is just over 3.5 years old, while Gracie is about 2.5 years (ages as of January, 2011). George is fairly reserved, but Gracie is true to her breed and highly energetic. They were found at a shelter, outside in a hutch being sold for $5. They are a bit tentative with human interaction; while Gracie can be held and will cuddle sweetly, George is a bit aggressive and does not care for much contact. A little time and love will make these two a precious pair to own, as they are truly bonded to each other, just waiting for a good loving home. They are spay/neutered and doing very well with the litter box.

Baby Bear was rescued by a Department of Corrections road crew out of a retention pond and cared for by a group of 1st graders whose teacher worked with Gainesville Rabbit Rescue. Named by the children, Baby Bear was treated with extra TLC on his first day as a rescued bunny, mostly under the care of concerned and loving 6 year olds.  Although being named "Baby Bear", he is a healthy 6.5 lb rabbit and is approximately 4 years old. Baby Bear is a bit on the shy side, but does enjoy ear and cheek rubs as-well-as nose scratches…but, being picked up is not his favorite thing. He LOVES being able to run and play...you can just see him conniving of a way to pull a fast one on you! Families with compassionate, well-mannered children receive special, to the top of the list, adoption treatment.... as per Baby Bear's request. He is a cuddly, loving bunny that is very clean and near PERFECT with his little box.
